e-Statements

When you sign up for e-Statements, all of your statements will be securely archived and can be conveniently accessed online by logging into AHCUdigital.
Never worry about a misplaced paper statement again!
Enrollment Process
To sign up for e-Statements through your AHCUdigital account just follow these easy steps:
- Sign into your AHCUdigital account
- Click the e-Statements link
- Enter email address and click "Accept"
You're all set! Check in your email inbox where you'll be notified when your e-Statement is ready to view.
System Requirements
- A computer with Internet access
A valid email address
AHCUdigital account access - Adobe Reader version 11 or later or equivalent, or another program capable of reading PDF files. Adobe Reader is available as a free download at www.adobe.com.
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your hard drive or other storage medium, or a printer that is capable of printing from your Internet browser
- Web browser:
- Google Chrome – current or previous version
- Internet Explorer – version 10 or later
- Mozilla Firefox – current version
- Safari – current version
How do I change my email address?
There are three ways that you can change your email address with the credit union:
- Login to AHCUdigital:
- Select e-Statements
- Select Helpful Links
- Update email address
- Click “Update”
- Call us at 763-422-0290 or 1-800-785-2428
- Write to us at:

If you write us, please include your name, member number, and new email address.
How do I stop receiving e-Statements?
There are three ways to withdraw consent for receiving electronic communications from the credit union:
- Login to AHCUdigital:
- Select e-Statement
- Click on “OPT-Out” under Helpful Links tab
- Click “OPT-Out”
- Call us at 763-422-0290 or 800-785-AHCU (2428)
